Top-quality beef, pork and chicken, ordered individually, come heaped on sharing boards, catering for varying appetites as well as those who like a bit of each. Crispy roasted potatoes, basted in duck fat, lots of vegetables, and lashings of red-wine-laced gravy complete the treat.
