Lunchtime and evening, our menus are tuned to the season and to take full advantage of the fine local ingredients available around south Shropshire.
Whether it’s the mouth-watering stream of Rosette-quality dishes created in Mark’s kitchen which reflect his background and passion for imaginative cuisine, or one of our popular classics, everything’s cooked fresh. There’s always delicious fresh fish.
We choose our wines carefully – it’s fun! – some to do justice to sumptuous food while others just for the sheer delight of quaffing. We’re constantly searching out new wines too - ‘Specials’ that come and go to offer additional interest, especially for our regular diners.
We’ve a constantly changing range of real ales on tap from the many fine, small breweries in Shropshire and the counties around, and a shelf full of interesting gins – some staples and some that appear and move on.
